6 months agoCALL THEM FIRST! No need to shop around! I am so grateful to Luciano! He was so professional; taking the time to explain the problem, the cause and the fix. From the initial point of contact via text message, he was responsive and replied within the hour. After I told him our furnace stopped blowing hot air, he made us a top priority and was out the next morning! We are so grateful, happy and warm, lol. Thank you a million times over, Luciano!!!! why T I said he we have 2 hairless cats. Ge came out the following morning He was m punctual, even giving me a 20 minute heads up prior to arrival.
