We were installing a runner up our main staircase, through the second-floor hallway...including a few tricky turns upstairs...and replacing the large area rug in our living room. It wasn't the simplest layout, and I was honestly curious how they were going to make it all line up cleanly. They absolutely nailed it. From the showroom experience to installation, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. In the showroom, they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They helped us think through pattern, durability, and how it would flow from stairs to hallway. Communication was clear the entire time. We always knew the timeline and what to expect. Installation day was impressive. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled the complicated turns upstairs like true pros. The runner lines up beautifully, the pattern flows perfectly around the bends, and the finished result looks seamless, like it was always meant to be there. 4 weeks agoHarry's was fantastic start to finish. I'd highly recommend them for your carpeting and flooring. Phil came out, took measurements, and gave us a general price right away. We visited their showroom and Phil walked us through numerous options for our carpeting. Even if they don't have a sample of what you want, they can get it. The installation went very well too. The team did our entire 3 floor building in a day, and it looks fantastic. Couldn't recommend them enough. The entire Harry's team was very nice, friendly, accommodating and answered any and all questions. Their price was also less than several other flooring companies I looked at. Go with Harry's! -
