They went above and beyond to listen to my needs and guided me through every step always making sure I was COMPLETELY happy with my decisions. 2 months agoOur High rise condo building had water seepage and needed extensive brick work as well as window replacements. This building had water infiltration for over 20+ years. BBIC's entire crew are very respectful. I was most impressed that the two owners (husband) Ben and (wife) Colleen worked so hard along with their crew. The back of the building was repaired and renovated with new windows, which This corrected the water infiltration. They worked long hours on hot summer days and have been contracted to repair the rest of the building. This company is remarkable with Restoration. BBIC CONTRACTING AND RESTORATION HAS BEEN AWARDED THE BEST OF 2026 BUSINESS RATE (Benchmark). They are the best all around company. Thank you BBIC! Condo owners Janice and Tom B. -
