The first time it was only to do the dryer and a different company hired by my husband did the vents. This time they did everything. We are much happier with the work Boston Air Duct Cleaning did and will continue with only them in the future. -

4 months agoVery efficient communication, very clear on the charge, and a very friendly and courteous tech. He cleaned from the outside vent in, and tore the top of the vent tubing. As their terms do not include repairing any damage, I had to climb onto the dryer with duck tape to fix it. Also, the lint filter was absolutely jam packed with old lint after the first load so I assume that meant lint was left in the tubing by the bottom. At a total of $210 for 10 minutes of their time and 20 minutes of mine, I'm not sure I will use them again.
