9 months agoDays after washing my porch I noticed a pile of sand on the ground where the porch meets the foundation of the house. I wondered, could it be active termites? I called Proficient and they promptly sent out technician Glenn Booker who assured me it was not. Glenn was attentive, knowledgeable, curtious and friendly. I've used Proficient for years and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide.
