4 weeks agoI am a 68-year-old woman who lives alone and her generator broke. No family around. I called and have an appointment but they said if I didn't have a 3 foot cleared area of the snow around the whole generator they would not come. I was able to snow shovel a path to the generator, but I am unable to physically do that. So they canceled me. Nice customer service!!
