Was referred to this company for a new chimney cap to resolve a leak, received a prompt call-back & estimate from Mike/owner who tried to upsell including repointing of entire chimney & unrelated stair masonry. I opted new cap with "lifetime" sealant product, yet still experienced leaking, along with sealant peeling off in peices scattered across lawn with every/any rainstorm ... a year later. Despite speaking directly with Mike about, and 6 months of empty promises faux-coordinating coming back to rectify, I have accepted the scam. Beware. -

1 year agoABC Services showed up right on time in a box truck that says "Chimney Specialist" on the side with a bunch of tools and equipment in the back. The two gentlemen got right to work spreading out tarps on the floor and assuring me that they'd do a good job and keep everything clean. In addition to their professionalism, the pricing was very reasonable. Certainly, we'll be using ABC Services again. -

1 year agoWe called them after a chimney fire and they were out in 2 days to clean it for us. They were very professional and showed up on time. They didn't try to upsell us anything either. We will use them again for sure! -

4 years agoThis business is plastering Walpole with their signage. It's everywhere. Very unprofessional to put their signs up everywhere in a town that has a sign ordinance. I suspect some fines to be coming this guy's way shortly. Also makes them seem desperate for the work. Why would I trust to hire someone like this? Please stick to Lowell and save yourself the commute. -

5 years agoShe hasn't showed up twice n never got a call she wasn't coming. I waited a hour n then I had to call. She very young n not experienced. Wish I could get someone more experienced.
