2 years agoTom has been an extraordinarily knowledgeable, kind, and responsive resource in helping me to make sure that my home is safe. After a BB infestation several years ago, I have become hyper sensitive and hyper vigilant to ensure that I don't ever find myself in that position again. So, on a number of occasions, I have asked Tom come out with his two great dogs to assess my current apartment and ensure that it's BB free. He has been thorough in his examination, found other (less dangerous things) and explained those, been great with communication, promptness, and he is extremely affordable given the unique service he provides. His dogs are nationally accredited, well trained, and I am highly confident in the validity of his inspections. He has my highest recommendation. -

3 years agoTom and his canine Charlie came out to my 3-family house as I was having a reaction to some sort of bug I couldn't see. I wanted to rule out bedbugs and they inspected every room meticulously. The dog did not detect any bedbugs, thankfully. However, Tom was able to find a carpet beetle larvae hanging out on the seam of my sofa! Ewww. Thanks to Tom and Charlie, they were nothing short of the best. Tom is very kind and caring as well as his canine, Charlie (beagle mix). I have a cat & Tom and Charlie couldn't have made the process easier than I could have ever imagine. Thank you sooo much for all that you have done to help me in determining what pests were lurking in my home. No more allergic reaction to those nasty carpet beetles for now at least! Highly recommend A+++
