1 year agoJohn gave me a quote with an energy management system with a Tesla Wall Connector setup. I asked if I can have the Tesla Wall Connector setup without an energy management system. He said No. I then walked which system. He ghosted me. -

2 years agoThe electrician was great, but when it came to payment, the company was untruthful and tried to scam us. I received the bill via mail and called to inquire about payment methods. The lady told me I could leave my credit card number. Although I felt uncomfortable, they are a licensed contractor, so I did. Right after I left my number, I started getting charged with micro-payments from PayPal * Microsoft. It seems they used my credit card to set up these payments. The date I started being charged matches exactly when I called them for the payment. I found this out about a week later. I called them back regarding this issue, and the lady said to have a different credit card number! What can I say? I was reading the numbers off of the credit card. And, this is a new card we got only a couple of weeks before using it for this bill. We never shared our credit card number with any other merchant (other than Google Pay) .
