1 month agoMet with B-Dry Systems in late November 2025 to discuss waterproofing a 1950's-era home in Concord we recently purchased. We were interested in a French drain and sump pump installation to help control a long-time basement flooding problem that was wasn't adequately addressed by the previous owners of the property. Adam - who recently acquired B-Dry Systems from its previous owner - brought with him an exhaustive list of customers - including many located in our neighborhood. It was great to see a new owner working hard to grow his business with such an long-established technical approach and reputation. Adam's was approach was both low-key and consultative - which we very much appreciated. He was very effective in discussing the services and products his company offered, with the pros and the cons to our specific application. Although we ultimately decided that disrupting the pre-existing build-out of the basement to install an internal French Drain system wasn't the best option in our case, the information Adam provided was invaluable in making our decision. Great experience. Give B-Dry Systems a shot. -

We no longer have issues with moisture or water in the basement, which is excellent because we recently renovated the space, and it's warm and cozy for our family. We also decided to add a wifi alarm system that provides alerts and system status directly to an app on my phone. B-Dry regularly does all the maintenance, so I don't have to worry about it. I highly recommend B-Dry. -
