1 year agoI had a horrible experience with this company. They cleaned my air ducts, which involved taking apart my HVAC system, and shortly after leaving my house I noticed that the AC had stopped working. This occurred on a day this summer where the air temperature reached 100 degrees. After realizing the AC stopped working, I called the owner back and he immediately had the same employee return to my house to attempt to fix it, which gave me some initial hope. Unfortunately, the employee was not a technician so he had no idea what was wrong and continuously denied he had anything to do with why the AC stopped working. I finally had to ask him to leave my house. Then I called the owner back and asked for a refund- he refused until I said I was going to leave a bad review online at which point he agreed to refund the $200 I spent. The following day a technician I hired discovered that the star quality employee had blown a fuse in the HVAC system. I shared this with the star quality owner who continued to deny they had anything to do with it, sending me google search results with other explanations for how a HVAC fuse can blow! So insulting. Their customer service is nonexistent if you run into an issue like this. They could have saved themselves a bad online review had they simply apologized and taken ownership of the problem they undoubtedly caused. Stay away! -
