You cannot do better than to call My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Service: proprietor Rich Gakaivian and his helpers (Ahmet and Ahmet) arrived quickly when that unfortunate situation occurred at our home near Aspen Hill, MD hon 1/24/26 and provided superb immediate mitigation, staying until the 3" of accumulated water was fully pumped out, setting up a dehumidifier fully dry the unfinished basemen t's cement floor. sweeping The next day's area-wide immobilizing snow and ice storm and delayed plowing left our street impassable for a couple of days, but as soon as conditions allowed the crew returned to sweep the dried floor and complete haulaway of the many large contractor bags of unsalvageable debris. Today Ahmet and Ahmet returned to complete the restoration phase by installing new insulation in place of that which had been drenched by the water pouring from the burst pipe. Throughout the process, including during the weather-driven delay, Rich maintained regular communication re conditions at his end and anticipated timing for finishing the job, effectively eliminating any frustrations attending the unavoidable delays. All in all, My Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Service has been a great company to work with-friendly, competent, honest, and reasonably priced ... who could ask for more? I cannot heap enough praise on this company. Definitely 5 stars out of 5. Bonus: While unrelated to the original contracted mitigation/restoration service, after finishing Ahmet offered while here to repair a shaky door that has been a problem we've just put up with for some years at a very reasonable price. We jumped on that, and now done and done. So make that 6 stars out of 5! -

4 weeks agoRich did a fantastic job! He provided a detailed estimate for cleaning our carpets, area rugs, and furniture and visited our home before doing the estimate. Nothing had been professionally cleaned in 12+ years. They look great! The smells are gone and so is the dirt. He worked within our schedule as we had furniture being delivered in one room. He didn't invoice until the work was completed and the items dried. -
