3 years agoGreat place to have your carpet cleaned there very great prices wayyyy cheaper then all the bigger carpet cleaning companies I really thought I was going to have to replace all the carpet in my house I got handed down from my grandmother it was bad but OMG THEY GOT ALL STAINS OUT FROM HER DOGS AND PEOPLE LOOKED BRAND BRAND NEW EXCEPT FOR A GOLFBALL SPOT BUT THEY SAID I CAN GET MY OWN FOAM CARPET SPRAY TO WORK IT OUT AND AFTER A WEEK BOOM IT CAME OUT THERE AMAZING THE WORKERS ARE A JOY THEY TAKE THERE TIME AND ADDRESS THERE TIME BEST MONEY I SPENT I KNOW NOTHING IS EVER GURENTERED BUT WOWWWWW LOOKS LIKE I HAD NEW CARPET INSTALLED THIS PLACE IS GREAT AND THEY PUT U ON SCHUDLE REALLY FAST AND THERE ON TIME...THANK U JET CARPET CLEANING COMPANY... -

3 years agoI have used Jet Carpet Cleaners in two capacities. Power washing, and carpet cleaning. The power washing job was to clean graffiti from a concrete pad in a public pavilion. They went above and beyond, cleaning the offending material and also removing faded paint that had been there for years. When they were done, we received compliments on the job from members of the public. It looked like new. Having concrete look new after a power washing job isn't a feature unique to Jet Carpet Cleaners, but it is an indication of a job properly done, so it is worth mentioning. For the carpet cleaning job, I had a carpet that I was on the fence about replacing. I have torn out old carpets before and it is not a pleasant experience. It is dirty and disgusting. I figured I would have Jet Carpet Cleaners clean the carpet to see if it would look good enough to keep in place. If not, then at least the tear-out would be a little cleaner and smell nicer. I had realistic expectations going into this. The carpet was 25+ years old. I knew when they finished, at best, it would look like 1997. Well, fire up the N64, put on a Smashing Pumpkins CD, and get a hot pocket, because it's 1997 up in this piece. Going in, I knew there were things that were not possible to clean. For starters there was a spot where some paint had spilled. However, there were also some stains that I thought were permanent that they were able to get right up. Based on my personal experiences, I will use Jet Carpet Cleaners services whenever possible. I am confident If there ever was a problem, I could quickley get in touch with someone to help and there is a personal touch that you just don't get with larger, national companies. Additionally, it feels good to support a local business. Disclosure: I have an existing professional relationship with this company. While I make every attempt to review products and services in the most honest and unbiased capacity, that should be noted. I know the owners and I like the owners. They are great people. It was difficult to create this review and ignore that. That being said, I have similar relationships with other business owners that I never write reviews for. In a way it seems that by knowing me, I am less likely to review someone's business. I suppose that could serve as a further testament to how good of a job Jet Carpet Cleaners does.
