5 years ago. The ladies showed up with all their gear, they went right to work and did a great job. They got the job done much faster than I could have done it on my own and they did it at least as well if not better than I would have. Absolutely I would hire them again. -

5 years agoThey arrived promptly and immediately got to work. The were very efficient and effective performing an excellent job. My place is cleaner than I've seen it in awhile. They are a 10 out of 10 service. They dusted and cleaned all the surfaces of my furniture as well as closet doors, kitchen cabinets and counters, and bathroom sinks and toilets. All the floor space was mopped or vacuumed. They came with all their own supplies and tools, including new trash bags to put in my trash cans when they emptied them. -

5 years agoThe two maids were AMAZING. I have gone through 4 companies in the past year, and now I've found the one to stick with. They started at 2:00 pm and did not stop until 7:00 pm, everything was spotless, not just deep clean but COVID-clean. The home is getting old and harder to maintain, and the cleaning was peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them, don't look any further - the pricing is beyond reasonable and quality meets above expectations! -

5 years agoI recently used the company "Two Maids and a Mop" to clean my small apartment. I'm so glad I made this decision because they were wonderful to work with. To begin, they provide information through email as well as phone so if you prefer email like I do, you are able to review what they send and respond as it fits your schedule. The packet they sent contained all of the information you need, and they were very up front about pricing. They also confirm the time with you which is something I like companies to do. When the two employees showed up, they were friendly and had everything they needed for their time. I also had not had a chance to put my dog in the bedroom yet, and they were extremely nice to her. They were efficient and professional. They had me assess and approve each area after they had cleaned it which I did not expect and was a very nice addition to the service. They packed up their things quickly and left, leaving my apartment looking as nice as when I moved into it almost 2 years ago. Afterwards, there was a price discrepancy which the company immediately rectified, their customer service is responsive and thorough. I absolutely recommend this company! -

6 years agoI've been using Two Maids & a Mop now for a couple of years. My partner and I are retired and the Maids come in every two weeks and do his share of the housework! They do it faster, better, and without moaning about it! My husband has just come home from a longish hospital stay and I have enough on my plate without cleaning house - they are an absolute blessing. While they generally vacuum, dust, polish, and mop everything in sight, they are also great at doing other things as requested.
