3 months agoWe had a fantastic experience with Antonio and his crew at High Quality Exteriors. They tore down and replaced our deck with Trex and expanded our screened porch. It's absolutely beautiful! Antonio quoted us the lowest price of 3 local contractors. He and his crew showed up on time, worked diligently and cleaned up the space. This was our first big contracting job and we're so glad we chose High Quality Exteriors. Antonio made the experience pleasant. He was communicative and receptive to our questions and ideas. He always greeted us with a smile. We will definitely use his company again in the future and recommend him to anyone who needs an honest, hard-working contractor. -

1 year agoAntonio and his crew did an incredible job with our house and it turned out even better than expected. They put new siding and 10 windows in but the project got much deeper when we discovered we needed new plywood and insulation too which made a huge impact on the inside comfort of the house. The house is warm and quiet and looks fantastic. The crew was always on-time and cleaned up every day and we enjoyed having them here. The total project took nearly three weeks with the unplanned plywood and insulation but we loved having them here and can't wait for the next project! Total project included plywood, insulation, siding, windows and gutters. Our house is transformed and we highly recommend them! UPDATE November 2024 Antonio and his crew were back again. This time the project was for the back roof on the dormer which was relatively flat. We chose a metal roof for durability and to eventually add solar panels in the future. They removed the old rolled roofing, the old plank decking and added more insulation. The results were amazing. The added insulation and plywood roof decking along with the metal roof system has made it super quiet upstairs and already made an impact on our utility bill. While you can't really see this part of the roof, it looks incredible, we'll never have to worry about it again and has made a major impact to the house. Antonio and his crew will be back for more projects for us in 2025! -

2 years agoWe worked with Antonio and his team to replace and install new doors. We did our homework, and shopped around but it was clear that HQE was the best. For the quality, price, workmanship, and professionalism, you cannot find a better deal. He dropped by for a consultation and was able to show us virtual images of the doors we wanted. We changed our minds a few times on color / accessories (even after the consultation), but he was patient and responsive in sending us updated images. The day of the installation, they were on-time, if not 5 minutes early. They were extremely diligent on the paint jobs, and thorough in their workmanship. By the time I came home from work, it was like I approached a new house! We definitely will work with them again for other future exterior projects. -
