8 years ago. Called at 8AM and Greg arrived as promised at 11AM. Promptly diagnosed problems and repaired both units within an hour. After restarting both units, he left with a promise to return in two hours to make sure all was well. Greg returned as promised and identified an intermittent thermostat issue which he debugged and fixed. Appreciated the quick follow up. Have been using Patuxent HVAC for 7 years with consistently good service. -

Patuxent not only had the best prices, but they also were very knowledgable, professional, explained all the options clearly, knew how to fix some of the "comfort" problems we were having with the old system, and promptly returned phone calls and emails! They honored the Angie's list coupon and submitted the paperwork to get me the SMECO rebate. The owner is a "Master" level HVAC contractor. I would highly recommend them. -
