1 year agoTerrible experience. I wish I can do zero star. Stay away from this company if you want to save your money and don't waist the time. Their unprofessional technician name Scott made the experience even worse zero manner lack of experience. All he did was looking around and say the weather is too cold for testing the units while it's still in the middle of August. If that the case why would they come out for the appointment to begin with? Long story short stay away from them for good. -
