He carefully inspected the issue and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. 3 months agoJacob Hoffmann just completed our garage door repair. We had three companies give estimates and chose Jacob for several reasons: he was polite and respectful; he was extremely knowledgeable about our door and options available for the repair; the other two companies gave complicated and more expensive suggestions for repairing my remote, but Jacob solved the issue by simply replacing the led light bulb! He is a congenial, hard working young man who was obviously well-raised. We are happy to have found this trustworthy gentleman for our garage door needs. -
