Zach was able to dry out the area and tent the problem areas in our kitchen and garage where there was mold damage. He kept us informed every step of the way, including helping with our insurance claim. Zach documented every step of the process and submitted a package to our insurance, which helped take the stress out of it. 10 months agoWe had sub pump brake down sometime in the evening 2 days before we were to leave for vacation. My wife discovered our flooded basement when she let the dogs out. We tried to call another company that didn't pick up the phone. Catalyst did. We got lucky. Zach showed up within an hour to start pumping the water and stayed until 3am and started his drying machines. I about shat a brick when he rolled back up at 9 with his helper, and couldn't believe they completed all of the drywall removal and cleanup before leaving. They were great people and worked hard to fit our time pinch. 10/10 recommend -
