Jake, the owner and sales representative, was professional, respectful, and kept up clear communication every step of the way. They worked seamlessly with State Farm, which made everything even easier. Jake guided us through every decision - from picking the color of the shingles to upgrading the gutters to better fit the size of our house. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure to clean up completely after the job. They came out and evaluated my roof for windstorm damage and found enough to encourage me to call my insurance company to help pay for the damage. Jack was great and worked with my insurance company to get the roof replaced and paid for through my insurance. Jack kept the communication line open. Worked through a few rainy days. Did the work all in a day - with some extra time on the trim. The quality of the work was exceptional, the people great, and even had them do some additional work on my trim while they were there. The experience was excellent. Goldstone is professional and did the work they promised. Would use them again. -
