1 month agoSo our garage door came off the track in an epic fashion on a Friday night of course. Called them up and Adam arrived within a couple hours and fixed everything. Not only did they get it back on track but they tuned it up greased everything and even replaced some worn rollers to prevent future issues. The whole thing took about an hour and a half and honestly cost less than I thought it would considering it was emergency service. Really informative too walked me through what happened and what to watch out for. The door works better now than it has in years. Would highly recommend these guys! -

2 months agoI truly hate to leave this review because over the years Gaithersburg garage has serviced and replaced our garage doors in a professional manner. Six months ago in August 2025 they were fixing one of our garage doors and during that process, the grid broken and fell out of the window. I asked the tech to please have it replaced and he said he would look into it. Never heard back from him. I called probably a month or so later, explained the situation and was told a manager would call me back. A manager never called me back so a month later I called once again and explained the situation. They ordered a new grid. ppProbably six weeks later I reached out and they said they would schedule the installation. Shortly before the installation, they called and said the grid came in in the wrong color And they had to order again. After an extended period of time I had to reach out to them again. They said they now had the grid and we could schedule a week or two out. The day of the installation they called to inform me that they could not find the grid in their warehouse. I expressed my frustration in a polite manner, and the person on the phone said they would get back to me. My guess is I will not hear from them for the next month and I will have to call them again. Thank you for listening to my frustration. -

2 months agoGentleman comes to house, does measurements and got a quote - then got the classic, "we order our doors Tuesday pitch". Told rep to order now he followed back up a week later and didn't order. All these reviews are clearly paid or rebated reviews. There are a million garage door companies and this one is the slimiest of them all IMO -

2 months agoWe had an issue where the garage door would close and then immediately open again. They inspected the sensors, fixed a loose wire connection, and reset the opener settings. The tech also checked the panels and track alignment. The door now closes perfectly and the whole system feels more reliable. Great service and very friendly.
