5 years agoReliable, professional, knowledgeable, and economical. We used International Wood Floors 8 years ago for our original wood floors. We loved them, but recently had damage from some unwanted water (a pipe burst). I worked over the phone to see if I could get the same product. Mick was quick to research and call me back. He assured me that while the manufacturer changed the name of the finish, the sheen was at 20% and was the exact product. He was right. The new floor was interlaced seamlessly with the old and you'd never know that it was partially repaired, not totally replaced. The work was done while we were away. They were trustworthy and reliable. We couldn't have been happier when we returned to find our floor looking new again. Thank you, International Wood Floors. -

7 years agoWe had our entire house of hardwood installed. This company was a god send to us. They were efficient and clean and extremely knowledgeable about the products and installation. Our house is almost 4,000 sq ft and all hardwood floors. It was a detailed and complicated install and they did it with ease. They finished exactly when they said they would. The crew was polite and gentle with our home furnishings and pets. They went out of thier way to make sure we were happy with each step of the process and could still be comfortable in our home even though we were living through a remodel. We couldn't have been more pleased and our floors look spectacular. No one asked me to leave a review. I wanted to do it. Please call them if you need wood flooring. We recommend them whole heartedly. You will be so happy you did. -

7 years agoPurchased 2800 sq ft of engineered hardwood plus transition strips for installation by my remodeling contractor. The transition strips were faulty due to the manufacturer. International Wood Floors ordered replacement strips for me, but refused to reimburse me for the expense of professional removal of the faulty strips and installation of the replacements. -
