2 months agoIt was a pleasant experience to work with Sean Cohen of Simply Home Service. He arrived on time, is very knowledgeable and nice. He made time to assess the cause of my abnormally high electric (heating) bill. He found that the heat pump was not functioning due to a faulty thermostat ( which was recently replaced by another HVAC company). Sean is very thorough with his work and I appreciated how her explained things so I was happy to sign up for Spring and Fall maintenance of my HVAC system with his company. -
