13 years agoRequested a move-in clean for our new home. Clarified when scheduling with Fred over the phone 5 hours MAX (specified due to concerns expressed in previous reviews about team running overtime). This was clarified when they arrived at our house today with team 5 hours MAX. While working at home with another team completing an installation, movers stayed for nearly EIGHT hours without asking us. Service was not reflective of a four person team who worked for eight hours. We feel totally ripped off - I would strongly advise you to use another more reputable company. -

13 years agoSo it's been over a year now and my property was once again in need of a good cleaning. The last time it was to get it ready for a new tenant. Well this time I needed a more thorough, detailed cleaning. So I asked them for their extra detailing services. I needed windows inside and outside cleaned, along with oven and all of my cabinets. As this time I am trying to sell my property. I am getting ready for an open house and needed it in tip top condition. These guys did not let me down! They did a great job, and paid very close attention to detail. All of fans got the extra treatment. The carpet was covered in stains and they were able to get them all out. My shower had so much soap scum I forgot it was supposed to be clear! In the end, these guys delivered! If you need a cleaning that requires more than just a maid with a feather duster, _call them up and you will not be disappointed_.
