1 year agoHired their services for a 'basic cleaning'. I had heard about the 'upselling' that they do, and declined the deep cleaning that was $1600. They used a vacuum hose to clean our dryer vent, but afterwards, our dryer stopped drying and it was clogged. Found an appliance contractor who diagnosed the dryer with having a blocked vent. I'm not sure if they compacted the dryer vent lint to block it, but either way, they did not return phone calls or emails to remediate the problem. I'm aware of the 'bait and switch' with the basic cleaning, but was very disappointed in the failure of cleaning the dryer vent, possibly making things worse, and not returning any calls to fix their work. -

1 year agoIt started off as a promotion however my entire system needed to service clean and treated. When I tell you I'm breathing much better than I have since the pandemic. That's how long it's been for my air duct cleaning. Nevertheless they were informative, patient with my 4 dogs and two cats. Told me what I needed down to keep the system working. And definitely threw in a discount because they were at my house at least 2 1/2 hours or more. -

1 year agoNot the level of professionalism I'd expect for the price point they have. Sneaky sales tactics to sell thousands of dollars in deep cleaning, when they can't even answer simple questions on the cleaning products they use. Buyer beware.
