2 months ago2026 Excellent spring maintenance visit. Tulasi is always great! He makes sure I understand what the issues are in my aging system. 2025 update 3 Tulasi is wonderful! My system is aging, and I know it. He is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer my questions about what I should check or get repaired now and takes comprehensive photos. 2025 update 2 Always a pleasure to see Tulasi! I had a minor repair issue for the AC where the unit was reporting an outside temp about 20 degrees higher than actual. The repair was fast and efficient, working great now. I've had my maint contract since about 2007 and this is one of the few times I needed an additional service visit. The technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. 2025 update I have had maintenance contract since about 2007. I've always had a great experience with this company for twice annual system maintenance. Tulasi was the technician today, and he is fantastic! Very meticulous and friendly. Over time I've seem many of the technicians two or three different times over a period of years. It speaks well for the company that good people are employed long term and I get to see familiar faces. Always trustworthy, and they make good recommendations for how I use the system, and when it is time for additional services. -
