I was dealing with a frustrating and potentially serious issue: smoke consistently backing up into my house whenever I tried to enjoy a fire. It made using my fireplace impossible and quite unpleasant. From my very first interaction, the customer service was excellent. In particular, Greg and Rob were absolutely exceptional throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to solving the problem. They were always responsive and available to help answer my questions and address my concerns. Thanks to their expertise, the smoke issue has been completely fixed! I have been happily burning fires now with absolutely no issues at all. It is a night and day difference, and I can finally use my fireplace safely and comfortably. After careful inspection, both Donald and Jason concluded that our chimney was already remarkably clean. "There would hardly be anything for us to clean out," they explained honestly.
