They are experts and yet do not try to upsell. They don't have to because you trust them. 6 stars would be awarded if available. -

8 months agoWe hired Annapolis Garage Doors Inc. / George Cook after a bad customer service experience with another company (kept changing the time, wanted to come by at 9pm). After that experience, I looked for a family-owned neighborhood business, and found Annapolis Garage Doors Inc. / George Cook. We're glad we found them! One of the rollers broke on our garage door. The phone representative was courteous and professional. We uploaded images of our garage door and the rollers to the provided link. The technician arrived early. He looked at the garage door and explained the work he would be performing. When he was done, he explained the diagnostic work performed on the entire door and electronic/mechanical parts; showed the pair of new rollers; explained the adjustments that were needed and made to other parts of the door; and demonstrated the opening and closing of the garage door. We appreciated the knowledge he shared, and his friendly and professional manner. The price was fair and well worth the value of the work performed. Hopefully we won't have a future issue for a while, but if so, would hire this family-owned service company again! Highly recommend! -

We got our estimate promptly and they didn't try to oversell us on anything which was much appreciated! On top of that, our new garage door looks fantastic and makes our home look beautiful! I also thought pricing was very fair. Installation was quick, and precise, and I'm very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend using them if you have repairs or install needs.
