The receptionist made scheduling quick and easy. I received same day service, which is just the best! The service tech was on time, respectful, and professional. He was to the route of the problem in no time. He fixed my problem with what he had with him. No expensive fix required, and my leak has never come back. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. 9 years ago$135 Technician missed leak in the system and extensive mold in the air handler, which was noticed 2.5 weeks later by 2 mold remediation specialists. When I called to ask about it; the manager spent a lot of time giving me excuses of what could have happened. Eventually, he offered to come and check the system himself, and said he would call later that day to schedule it. Never called.
