If your appliance isn't repairable, the technician can offer excellent advice as to quality replacements as well as brands that you might want to avoid from their experience viewpoint. 3 years agoSuper grateful for Gail and her team. She was able to send Nick out quickly to look at why our dryer kept spinning even when the machine was off. Nick was able to identify the issue and fix it rather quickly. He gave us great advice on what to do if/when it happens again, as well as what to look for in the next dryer we purchase. He was kind and patient with our myriad of questions. Would highly recommend Appliance Doctor!
