9 months agoThey were very professional, mindful and did a great job! We initially called another place and they were going to charge for each additional vent ( if we had more than 12, which we did). We did the math and we saved $80 going with Alex & Bay Prior to starting the job they explained how long they were going to be, warned me how loud the machine was (because I WFH), they cleaned up the little mess the equipment made and made sure to ask before they put a sanitation solution in our vent even though it was already included in the price . -

9 months agoAlex did a fantastic job cleaning my ducts. we just moved into a new house, and the previous owner had dogs that were shedding very badly, which created lots of fur and dander in the ductwork. I also had Alex, clean the vent pipe for my dryer, which was badly clogged. I'm so glad we had that done because that's such a fire hazard. I highly recommend Alex,, he is polite, respectful of your property, and does a great job. A+ recommend
