2 months ago"Best ever" We had a 40-ft blue spruce that was leaning and dangerously close to falling. Quickly assessed the situation and safely removed the tree. They used professional equipment, such as "ground protection mats" to support their skid, so no marks were made; swept all debris up; professionally chipped the entire tree; and removed everything. Leaving no debris behind. I definitely recommend Cassella Tree Service, a professional service at a reasonable price. -

They were also professional and friendly, even offering to disassemble and reassemble the gate into our yard that needed to come apart for the work. 2 months agoSteve was responsive to my inquiry, was priced fairly, provided a COI, and he and his team know what they're doing. I did my homework, I met in person to get several quotes, and only one gave me a "no BS" vibe. This was the one and I'd hire them again. I had a very large silver maple that stood over my garage as well as my backyard fire pit area, and it was dying. Huge branches had fallen off everywhere but on top of my garage -- it was just a matter of the next big wind or snow or ice storm potentially causing some major devastation to my property. Steve's team took it down with remarkable precision, and on a very windy and bitterly cold day no less. If you've never seen this done before, have trees next to your structures, and have questions, these are your guys. Words can not describe my appreciation as a property owner as I watched one of these guys cut off tree limbs directly above my garage that would fall but then immediately swing out and away from my garage without hitting anything -- not my garage, not the tree, not the guy cutting the tree, nothing -- before slowly being lowered to the ground because of the pulley system he meticulously tied to each limb before cutting it. He knew where things were going to fall and he controlled where they were going to land. These guys are smart and skilled, they work well as a team, and they know what your concerns are going to be as a homeowner before they step foot onto your property. I also really appreciated that they didn't leave me with a huge stump. I'm not someone who uses a chainsaw, I have no use for a stump; I wanted it low and they cut it right down to the grass. They do what you ask them to do and they do it without you needing to worry about a thing.
