3 months agoAll Dry was a life saver and I can't recommend them enough! We had a pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom and by the time we noticed the leak the bathroom, hallway and stairs had already flooded leaving even the walls saturated with water. The All Dry team was here the same day, within hours of the incident. They accessed the area, gave us their advice and our options and once we agreed on the work to be done, they got right to it! Everyone who helped us was kind, professional, knowledgable and efficient. They communicated with us every step of the way explaining what needed to be done, and were very considerate of our budget. They even came back out to do work during/after a bad storm and had to lug their equipment up and down our driveway, which they did without any complaints. They left the site clean and taken care of, and were very respectful of our space and our animals. They even learned the name of our dog and greeted her by name each visit, which was just an extra kindness that I really appreciated. Special thanks to Brendan, Mike, Pete, Andy and anyone else who worked with us! You were all wonderful and thanks again for helping us manage a stressful situation! -

3 months agoIf I could give 10 stars I would. A pipe burst at my property and did extensive damage. The entire All Dry team came with all of their equipment, multiple industrial level dehumidifiers fans, and other equipment and immediately got to work with mitigation. This work lasted several days and was done to the highest standards to insure all water damage was removed. Had it not been for their swift and professional work the entire property would've been a total loss. I can with absolute certainty, highly recommend this company and team to anyone who is facing water damage in any property or situation. -

4 months agoAndy responded to my initial phone call immediately on a Friday late afternoon of a long holiday weekend & was at my home by 615pm. He was thorough, explained everything & answered my zillion questions as they arose. He was neat & careful from start to finish of demo project d/t plumbing leak which took four trips to my home. I would highly recommend All Dry!!! I have not been invoiced so cannot speak about price. My loss is an insurance claim. Andy took all the necessary documentation of his work for the claim.
