6 months agoOn January 17, 2025, Seacoast Flooring was given a 50 percent deposit in the amount of $6,994.00 to install porcelain tile flooring in my home. The installation resulted in gaps under the tiles, misaligned tiles, grout lines that are a different width than the adjacent porcelain tiles, tiles that are chipped from leveling clips, and a transition that is a trip hazard. Seacoast Flooring has not been responding to any communications. Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office. -

8 months agoWent to Seacoast Flooring to look into options for a custom large area rug. They have many options at varying price points, and there was always someone there to answer questions I had. They let me take home many samples, and there was never any pressure to buy. The rug I ordered ended up having some minor defects, but they contacted the company and got another rug shipped at no additional cost and I got to keep both rugs. They had options for custom binding. I've had the rug about 6 months now and it's held up great. Would highly recommend - customer service is top notch! -
