14 years ago. It went very well. Everybody working with took care to leave the house clean before leaving. When installing a Mitsubishi split air system, all sorts of holes are put into walls. They patched all of them and even painted the areas around some of the units. The rooms were very clean when they left. -

15 years ago. It is not a traditional air conditioning company, and it is like a special company. Our overall experience was excellent. It is not an average heating and air conditioning company, and it has a very different system available. It is not fair to compare them to somebody else just installing heating and air conditioning. They did the best they could. It is a wonderful and quiet system.

FAQ
How does J Hannah Mechanical Inc determine pricing for HVAC services?
We base pricing on factors like proper equipment sizing, duct sealing needs, and system optimization required for your home. Custom quotes account for the scope of installation, maintenance, or repair work, including labor and materials. Free estimates are provided upfront to outline all costs clearly before any commitment.
Are you licensed and insured for HVAC work?
J Hannah Mechanical Inc holds all necessary licensing and insurance to perform HVAC services safely and in compliance with local regulations. Our technicians carry EPA 608 certification for handling refrigerants. This coverage protects your property during installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Does J Hannah Mechanical Inc handle boiler installations and HVAC leak repairs?
We specialize in boiler systems like the AO Smith Cyclone M units with complex piping, as well as repairs for corroded HVAC piping and leaks. Our services include condensate pumps connected to boilers and commercial heating systems with large tanks and ductwork. Technicians ensure proper sizing and sealing for efficient operation.
What should I expect for scheduling and arrival times with you?
We work with you to set a clear timeline from initial contact through completion, factoring in any permitting needs. Technicians arrive within agreed windows and coordinate with your schedule for installations or repairs. Expect updates if adjustments are needed due to project specifics.
How does J Hannah Mechanical Inc handle cleanup after HVAC installations?
Our team takes care to leave your home clean, patching all holes from installations like Mitsubishi split systems. We remove debris from ductwork, piping, and boiler setups before departing. This includes thorough tidying around walls, floors, and work areas to minimize disruption.
Why is hiring you safer and better than attempting HVAC DIY projects?
Professional sizing prevents inefficient systems that waste energy or fail prematurely, unlike DIY guesses on capacity. Our expertise in duct sealing and optimization avoids common errors like leaks or poor airflow that DIY often causes. Trained technicians use proper tools for tasks like boiler piping to ensure safety and code compliance.
