A deposit was requested for the job due to people not paying for the work after it's done. I was more then happy to pay for my work and more then happy to leave a deposit. My house & family are warm now thanks to Travis and Excel Mechanical : ) -

5 months ago5 stars for Excel Mechanical LLC, Keith, Lucus & Mike are professional, personal, and meticulous. I am extremely happy with the Haier heat pumps and the Navien tankless hot water system. Both are high end quality products. If you are in need of a new system or upgrade I highly recommend Excel Mechanical LLC, you won't be disappointed. Used Excel Mechanical again to replace toilets and water valves, Sam is exceptionally knowledgeable, and personable, I highly recommend him. I cannot say enough about Kristen, Zack, & Travis. All were attentive, friendly, and professional. Kristen and Zack did an exceptional job of rerouting the freon lines, and relocating the compressors so that a propane stove could be installed. While Travis performed yearly maintenance on the tankless hot water heater and the heat pump. I was impressed by the high caliber of their work. -

9 months agoWe had heat pumps and water tank installed 3 years ago. Communication was not good, appointments were missed (without phone calls), emails not returned in a timely fashion. We have had issues with our water tank due to their faulty plumbing and now we have to pay $500 in labor to get it fixed/replaced. Would not recommend this business. -

11 months agoMike Southwick did an amazing job today installing our new garbage disposal. After it was installed, he filled the sink and ran the dishwasher to make sure everything was working well. Very professional work and outstanding customer service.
