Luckily there was no tenant there who had to suffer. They came when they said they would come. It took them forever to get out there, but the first appointment was not too bad. He hasn't picked up the other boiler but that was okay, and they left the area clean. He will save you a lot of money, his price is the best part. We went weeks without heat, but it was a really bad winter.
