6 months agoProfessional, thorough, fairly priced, and efficient! Back story.. My heat pump hadn't worked for about a year. I didn't know who to call. I thought I was out a very expensive unit. Kinney Family Heat Pumps did a thorough investigation of the heat pump, found the problem within 30 minutes, told me it could be fixed, and took care of the rest for me to get the replacement part. The part was installed, pump put back together, and in working condition within a couple of hours. 10/10 recommend this company!! -
