2 months agoWas having AC trouble units were freezing up so I that was low on freon. John came out was very professional and through. Turns out both of my units were done for. John recommended both needed to be replaced. Warranty company wanted to only replace one and try to fix the other. John argued with the Warranty company with facts and his extensive knowledge to have both replaced. John and his team came back and replaced both units. The team were very professional and did it right. They cleaned up every piece of trash and when finished it looked like they were never at my home. John even took the time to talk to me and suggest how to fix a duct work issue that I inquired about. I highly recommend John and his team. If you want it done professionally and correctly he is your guy. I did take a little longer because he asked if he could bring a couple younger guys that were still in HVAC school and teach them on the job. He asked before and I agreed. I had no problem with that as new people have to learn and get experience. 110 percent satisfaction with the work done. Thanks John. -

3 months agoJohn is great!! My unit would not shut off. We couldn't get the home regulated. I called John this morning and he responded in a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and now everything is working properly. Amazing customer service and professionalism. Very reasonable price!!!!! -

We bought the home and learned that John had originally installed all of the new units, so his educational background of the units and their placements has been very beneficial to us.
