10 months agoPayed the man to come fix my generator. Him and his gf came out to work on it. He charged me for two hours labor and never did figure out what was wrong with it. We asked him to atleast replace the carburetor so he took it out, I ordered a new one. He took the old one with him. When I asked to meet him to get it back he was out of pocket at the time and said he would bring it back which he never did. I asked him to come back and put the new one in and he agreed but never showed back up and never returned my call. What a waste of money!!!! -

1 year agoOnly because I had to have a number, I would give them 0. Called them to service my generator that's right easy service.... Working fine prior to service. Ma'am you need a new battery, ok.After supposedly putting new battery 250. still not working... oh you need a new starter 450.... Still not working. I can have you a new one out for 9500. I bet you can, fast forward to Gentec, we can fix it, they cut wires that shouldn't have been cutButler say oh he no longer works for me. It cost us 1980$ to fix your wrong doing. Call Gentec and ask for Eason if you need generator needs. -

2 years agoCustomer service is excellent. After dealing with a large generator company first who delayed and delayed with no communication, it was refreshing to work with Tyler. We already recommended Tyler for 2 generator repairs and and wonâ t hesitate to recommend in the future. We will continue to use Tyler for annual maintenance to know we are always ready for a power outage. Also, happy to support a local business. -

2 years ago$2,500 I had contacted one of the large generator companies to do my annual service. They never showed up. I called Tyler at Butler Generators and he was here the next day. Plus, he kept me informed and called to let me know when he was on the way. He was very courteous and professional. The service was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Five stars!!!!
