4 years agoWe couldn't be happier with how our project turned out and it's all thanks to Kale! He turned a nice honey stained feature wall into a one of a kind amazing work of art! We weren't sure how to tackle changing a wall made of pine because it was neat as it was, but also dated and stained that ever so popular honey color from the nineties. We thought staining it a darker color may bring it up to current year stylistically, but who do you call to refinish a wall? Kale Paul's Custom Wood Floors was the right answer! He sanded the old stain off, cleaned it up, and got it back to its natural beauty. Throughout that process, we discussed our vision for the wall and had begun to second guess making a wall that size as dark as we initially were planning. But what to do? So much potential, but we lacked the vision. Kale made a suggestion and showed us some samples of burnt wood, and we loved it! *Defer to the experts when they know more and have seen more than you ever will! Burning the wall (very carefully and precisely, and is a process that should be done by professionals) turned out AMAZING! The standard look from the nineties has been replaced with beautiful grains brought out by a true craftsman. We are glad we listened to the ideas and opinions of the expert, and even more satisfied with how it turned out. Would definitely recommend Kale Paul's Custom Wood Floors! -
