9 years agoI ordered two garage doors, including installation. A rep from the company came out, measured, discussed what I wanted, showed me samples and it seemed to be off to a good start. A week later I received the purchase order and everything seemed to be on track. The doors received and installed were not what I ordered. The install was a disaster and done incorrectly. I contacted the company that day about the issues and received no response. I contacted them again a couple days later and the same rep came out and agreed that I did not receive the correct doors and the install was wrong. Nearly a month after I complained there has been no movement on correcting the issues and I have no faith that they will. They have an F rating with the BBB for a reason. Wish I would have looked at the BBB instead on the A ratings on Angie's List. -
