12 years agoYes, I recommend this pro. Tim and his son Steve were recommended to us by our realtor, who had worked with Tim previously. We called them and set up a time to meet to review our wants/needs and what they felt they could do. They provided us with a thorough estimate within 4-5 days and were gracious enough to stop by a few days after that to work through the numbers with us explicitly. They let us know that they welcomed us picking out our own fixtures, tiles, etc for 2 reasons: 1) it would save us costs and 2) it would be exactly what we wanted. We set up a time on the calendar for them to start and signed the contract. The week before they were to start, we received a call from Steve letting us know that they would be starting a day later due to weather affecting the completion of the current job they were working. We were fine with that and greatly appreciated the notice. Once they started (on the day they specified), they were professional, thorough and fast. They worked from the time they arrived to the time they left. They cleaned up each day so as to not leave a mess for us in the house. They explained any "issues" that arose and asked before making any minor changes to anything. I would certainly call them back to do any work on my house. I really enjoyed working with them as it was my first experience with a contractor (first home!) and I couldn't have been more pleased. They were honest and nice and hard workers. The bathroom is beautiful and the kids were fighting over who got to use it first. -

13 years agoYes, I recommend this pro. Tim Dugas and I met at a replacement windows parking lot. We asked if he could come and give us estimates. From the time he came to our house for the very first time, Tim became a friend. Tim is a great listener and a detail oriented person. Very had to find a contractor like that. He made both of us at ease because it was a major investment and we wanted good work within our budget. He suggested things that we didnt even think about it to keep the cost down and still give it a great look to out home. In the end, his work was a little over the budget however the end result is so satisfying that we will consider him for other projects in our home and friends and family. Always on time, worked with my schedule and spoke in a very professional manner. Tim, you should expect a call from me anytime as we are ready for another project.
