15 years agoSam gave us a fair price and we went with him. During the job he parked his dumpster too far back in out driveway and the only way he could get around it was to trample my wife's flowers. She told him this and he became upset. The roof leaked after a year and he came by, looked at the roof and told me that I had a "funky Hip" and that's was why the roof leaked. He shot some caulk in and that was that until it leaked again. He never went back up on the roof and never tried to make the job right. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON for ANY roofing needs you might have. He did not make good on the shoddy workmanship and never attempted to correct the problem. I should have sued him. -

Checked this numerous times until entire roof replacement was started. Very helpful with securing pictures on the walls that could have fallen due to hammering during roof renewal.
