He went right to work and quickly discovered the issue with my unit and replaced the part. He works fast and efficiently. He explained everything and I felt very secure in his judgement and skill set. I felt so fortunate he made the service call. I have been a customer of Target Temp for better than 5 years. They service 3 of my properties in a stellar manner. I am never disappointed in their customer service. It is the best, and Jacob is a huge asset to their organization! -

5 months agoI never have had any problems with this company. Every one I've talked to is very courteous. Any time I have had any problems with my unit they have come out mostly the same day. They installed 2 gas units. Very patient when I ask questions. I highly recommend. -

7 months agoToday October 03/2025 Jacob and Kobe installed my new outdoor AC condenser, the install and testing of the old inside air blower and new condenser went without any major issues other then a crack was found and repaired in the air duct connected to air blower in the attic. These guys stayed busy and got everything tested and working in six hours. I've used Target Temp in the past and have always gotten great service and products.
