From the first conversation to the final run-through after install, I felt fully confident in my decision to work with Gentec. Their experience in this industry shines with how they approach all aspects of the process - including their continued support for clients after all is said & done. Gentec took care of everything for me: pulling the necessary permits, having solid electric & plumbing crews scheduled back to back, requesting the official city inspection, and then walking me through all aspects of my new generator immediately after receiving that greenlight from the city. The generator was delivered and set up by the date promised. David, the business owner, the plumbers and electricians were all very professional. I highly recommend them. -
