5 years agoWe were told we had to bag up a lot of food items and they would bring us the bags. Week and a half before services were to be done, no bags. I had to drive to their office and pick some up. They did not give me enough so I went back to get more and was told they did not have any more bags. The receptionist at the front desk is extremely unpleasant, totally lacking in customer service skills, someone named Madeline exceeded the rudeness bar. I did talk with a lady named Era who was very polite and helpful. Finally a gentlemen named Ernie came out of the back room and went and located the additional bags I needed. Should not have had to 1. go pick up the bags myself and 2. beg, plead and argue to get the bags they insisted I needed. Service crew was almost 2 hours late, were very loud and foul mouthed. House was tented with pieces of tent that had been duct taped together and sprayed with adhesive glue. Very shoddy. Tony, the man we signed the contract with is unprofessional, talks down, over or around women which I found to be sexist and degrading. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I would not hire them again. We have a spare room and garage that are not attached to the house and the only access is through the outside. They did run a hose to the garage to fumigate but not to the back room. Again no access between the two except for a tiny window that is boarded up. When I questioned how the spare room was going to be treated I was told not to worry, the gas would find the termites where ever they were. I'm not a scientist so don't know for sure that the gas can't permiate cement blocks but sounds a little far fetched to me. Prices were comparative to the other companies we checked so we chose them but I think we made a big mistake. They did insist on half down when we signed the contract and insisted on other half of payment before the tent was even up on the roof. -

5 years agoIt is now 11 months and have over 40 subterranean termites in my bathroom. laundry room, bed room. In their contract it states they will provide retreatment if reported before on year. I have reported and the representative came out and took samples and agreed i had an infestation. I talked with the owner Rick who simply said no he will not do anything to solve my same problem i had a year ago. He said ," its like a doctor i cant quarantee you wont have the same problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR 1060$ ON THIS TREATMENT. THEY DO NOT BACK THE QUARANTEE ON THEIR CONTRACT. -

6 years agoThey have done my pest control for years but recently we had installed a screen porch. Day 1 a squirrel broke through in multiple spots. Rich came out the next day, found and cleared a nest and did a few preventative treatments and the problem has disappeared.
