9 years ago. He gave me a discount. They always do a good job. I have to remind the people who come that they have to get the back end of the dryer vent, not just where the dryer is. They have to go to the back of the house because of the way my dryer is set up. They don?t take the initiative to just do that even though I request it and it is on the order. He does it, there is no issue. The only person I would say who does do it, is the owner. The owner knows because he has done this house before. -

9 years ago. It turned out fine. I have a really old carpet, so it's just stained regardless of how you clean it. It's over a decay old, it's at least 15 years old. They are usually punctual. I use them every year for my vent cleaning regardless.
