10 years agoMarcell's did a great job. I have two very large old oak trees in my front yard. They trimmed the deadwood out of the first one on October 2, 2015, and I had them come back to trim the second tree on May 31, 2016. Years ago, I called them for stump removal in my front yard. I have been very pleased with their work. I trust them entirely to do right by my trees. I want to keep them healthy for many years to come. -

13 years agoWe contacted Marcell's because they had done a good job doing a smaller tree removal in the past. This tree would require more skill because of its size and proximity to our house and to our neighbor's fence so we knew they were the ones to contact this time. My husband made the initial contact with the owner. I confirmed and coordinated the details of getting the job done with Christine. Christine has excellent customer relations skills and was a delight to work with. She does a great job of coordinating their jobs and making sure the customer is satisfied. In fact she contacted me twice to make sure everything was going smoothly on the removal and afterwards she wanted to be sure we were happy with the work that was done. Truly we were satisfied. The main tree trunk was removed on the first day with apparently no problem and they returned the next day to take care of the stump. I especially appreciated that all of their workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I recommend them without reservation.
