5 years agoYes, I recommend this pro I had a flood in my home on XMAS Eve, two hours after our moving company left, a faucet in our master bathroom failed. Paul Davis was out within three hours and began mitigating the water damage. Because of them I was able to save the walls in my kitchen and the ceiling. They are helping me restore the cabinetry back to original condition and install a new floor in the basement. They are always responsive and very polite and courteous. Jeanette has been with us every step of the way and would always give us a heads up when she needed to come by, very sweet lady, and very good at what she does and extremely hard worker, felt like she was here 7 days a week checking on the house and adjusting dehumidifiers and fans to get maximum results. Can't recommend enough! -

10 years agoI was on vacation when I received a call late at night from my downstairs neighbor telling me water was coming down into her unit. I had moved out of state and my Louisville Condo was vacant and for sale. A kind neighbor immediately turned the water off and stabilized the situation. Unfortunately the damage was already done, due to a frozen pipe in the kitchen wall that had burst. I had heard good remarks about Paul Davis Restoration (PDR) and immediately called my insurance company. They escalated my claim and approved PDR for immediate action. I made the call to PDR and was connected to an agent. He asked first if he needed to go right away. He said he would be there first thing in the morning. I gave him the garage code and he was there as promised. Unfortunately more water had trickled in overnight. He assured me that they would take care of everything as he could tell I was frantic. They began working right away and he kept me up to date on everything that was going on. He even texted me photos to calm my anxiety. In my absence he met and dealt with the insurance adjuster. He emailed the work authorization and other necessary paperwork and went out of his way to keep things simple for me. The work was completed within 3 weeks, even with a delay of dry wall delivery due to a fresh snowfall. I had secured a contract on my unit just a week or so before this water damage occurred. PDR even took care of dealing with the real estate agents and providing flooring samples for the new buyer to choose from. They just went over and above the service I was expecting. The above was my cost after my insurance deductible. -
